About Libertaire is a night club and a live music venue which has just opened its doors in West london.
Located on 1-3 Acton High Street, it offers a great destination venue easily accessed by train, tube, bus and car, with convenient local parking, away from the congestion of central London.

Libertaire has a capacity of 475 people. It comprises 2 venues.
The glam room has a capacity of 225 and the concert venue has one of 250 people.
Libertaire is available for concerts, show cases, album launches, video shoots, parties...

BATTLE OF THE BANDS 2009:
Libertaire announces its search for the best live bands in the capital. Bands and artists are invited to submit their music for consideration in the Libertaire Battle Of The Bands.

This competition will cover 14 weeks from 12th January 2009. Every Monday 4 bands will compete to get to the semi-final and the final of the competition.

In the preliminary heats, 4 bands will compete each Monday for ten weeks.
The 12 winners (1 from each Monday) will qualify for the three semi finals.
The 6 winners (2 from each semi-final) will qualify for the final.

The votes? The audience will be voting for their favourite band. We will measure the vote according to the noise made by the fans when we call the name of the band at the end of the show. Judges from the music industry will be also be voting.

Final: 3 or 4 judges from the music industry will vote for the best band.
This will give the bands and their music valuable exposure to some senior executives from the music industry.

Prizes: Three prices include a brand new Vypyr 30 amp and Generation FX Vintage guitare.
