Services For Record Labels
Venuesandbands.com has two different services for Record Labels, the Multi-Band Option 1 and the Secret Squirrel Option 2.
Create up to 10 individual mini sites to promote your bands and to interact with the venues, event promoters and unsigned bands that are on V&B. Each mini site will include everything from photos, music, gig listings, reviews, interviews, status, hire cost, set length, separate band member info and photos, contact details, links to merchandise, official website and more. You will also have a company profile that will be linked to all your band mini sites, to provide more information and links about your company.
As a member of V&B you will have completely unrestricted access to all members profiles and content allowing you to view all of their information. Non-members have restricted access when viewing a profile, which only allows them to view approximately 50% of any members profile.
Whether you just need a single gig for a single band or you would like to plan an entire tour of the UK for all of your bands, our unique service provides you with all the necessary tools to interact with all types of event promoters and venues across the UK from pubs to festivals and arrange gigs simply, quickly and directly online.
V&B plays host to both venues and event promoters from across the UK. With a variety of search options to choose from, you can be assured that your search results only list the events that interest you most. Search results are clear and informative helping you save time and allow you to instantly recognize if you would like to find out more about a venue or event. You can then view a complete mini site about each venue or event, including photos, contact details, separate event or competition information, booking info, venue history, capacity, seating, areas, P.A and lighting specs, location, map and direction, gig listings and include multiple links for more information.
As well as providing a great deal of information about venues, events and event promoters we also provide a variety of ways for you to interact with them. You can find out everything you need to know about a venue from viewing their profile from the history of the venue to their best way to book a gig for a particular event. On top of this we also have are own gig request system that allows you to request a gig directly when viewing a venue or event promoters profile for one of your bands.
Venues have a variety of ways of finding bands on V&B, including searching for bands by just listening to music. As a member of V&B they can view unrestricted profile content and contact you directly via one of your bands profiles. Venues and event promoters can also book bands directly online using the V&B online booking system. Venues and promoters can send multiple offers to multiple bands at once using the V&B booking system. All offers are automatically stored in both the venues and bands diaries, together with all the event information. Bands can accept or reject offers and all of the event progress is updated instantly in the diaries of all the members involved.
As a member of V&B you will be provided with an online diary. Your diary is used to store any information such as event details or any gig offers, bookings or requests you have made. Your diary can include any details about all of your bands events such as dates, times, offer details, gig status and provide a direct link to an event profile, which is used to promote your events.
Everyone on V&B has a press centre to help promote their events. The press centre will provide all of your bands with their own personal mail-out, subscriber list, and sign-up box to help you build their event promotions. Your press centre is set up to make sure anyone who joins a bands subscriber list, will receive detailed information about all of their events. Each one of your bands events will also have its own event profile with a unique URL, they will be listed in the UK Entertainment guide and also appear in the featured events on the front page of V&B.
V&B plays host to all kinds of bands, both signed and unsigned from across the globe. You can search for bands in a variety of different ways including just by listening to their music first. Informative search results to help you find the right band, and extensive mini sites allow you to find out all you need to know about every band including their hire cost, which locations they are willing to travel for gigs and all of their band information, such as photos, music, interviews, gig listings, reviews, status, separate band member info, contact details, links to merchandise, official website and more photos.
As a member of V&B you can contact anyone directly via their own personal email address. All emails are also stored in the members V&B mailbox.
If you are looking for new talent we will keep you up to date on all the new bands, week in, week out providing you with regular updates as and when they arrive. You can also search for bands that have joined in the last week, 2 weeks or in the last month on V&B.
You don't have to be a computer genius or a design expert to build a mini site on V&B. Anything you can't do we can help you with and we like to help you with anything we can, to ensure that all profiles on V&B are suitably completed and informative in the interest of everyone on the site.
If you do not wish to promote your artists or company on the site, but are always on the look out for new talent, this option allows you to view all of the bands on V&B whilst keep your identity a secret, allowing you keep track of their progress and contact them directly at your discretion. This option will also allow you to view and contact other members such as venues, event promoters that are on V&B should you wish to organize gigs for your current bands without using our automated booking and promotion service.
