Born in london and raised in birmingham for the last 13 years. Michael A.K.A B.A.D MC is 21 years old and started rapping when he was jus 16 years old and at 1st was just freestyling on famous instrumentals and then encouraged by family and friends to take a next step he started producing his own un official mixtape albums and was using these as a development system that he set himself to be able to do everything required when a signed artist.

After doin 3 unofficial albums B.A.D MC (Standing for Born After Dark MC) hit a recording studio to get a bit of experience and expert opinion and with the sound engineer impressed by his flow and lyrics he offered to work with him but with B.A.D MC being in college and not very rich he had turned down the offer and so he took some advice off the engineer about developing his voice and memorising his lyrics more and now a year later has produced his own 1st original mixtape album named "The Grand Entrance" and has now completed it. 5 or 6 tracks can be heard on his myspace page at www.myspace.com/badmc so check it out.

He has entered into the UK's new competition "Live And Signed 2008" and made it through to the semi-finals for his region in the midlands.He also had entered "Idol UK 2008 and got to the regional finals for the Midlands. He also entered "Talent Quest 2008" where he reached the grand finals with a fellow artist "Panther MC" and performed a 3 in 1 mix at The Willows Variety Centre in Manchester which you can see highlights of the performance on Youtube. He has also entered "UK Unsigned" and is through to the "Semi-Finals" which will take place in London in May 2009.
