Trochrague is an all female band who delight audiences with their vibrant, colourful and emotionally charged Celtic music. They perform Irish / Scottish traditional music in the main, but also do wonderful renditions of modern folk/country music usually heard from artists such as Nancy Griffith, Eva Cassidy, Mary Black & many more.
They make a point of performing benefit concerts and have organized concerts for Kilbryde Hospice in East Kilbride. They are at home performing in theatre and have done many gigs at Fort Theatre, Bishopbriggs; Village Theatre E.K; Arts Centre Theatre E.K. They have also performed at Lanark Festival (2004) and want to expand on this.
