Band Interview

How many band members do you have?
at last count it was 5 members
What year was your band formed?
The line up as it is now has been going since late 2008, but MR. TEMPER has been going since 2006. It actually started over a decade ago with Mike and Dan (ex bass and then ex rhythm guitar) making the music they wanted to while they were growing up. So technically, about 6 and half minutes...
How would you describe your music?
decadent
What live experience have you had?
we've had a lot of experience over the years. Played a lot of venues, met a lot of really cool people and bands. We gig anywhere and everywhere we can. We've had enough experience to know that we want to have more experiences!
What are the most recent venues you have played at?
The George, Andover
Rock Bar (ex Bar Monsta), Camden
Bang Bar, Basingstoke
Agincourt, Camberley
Fighting Cocks, Kingston
Purple Turtle, Camden

What type of events are you available for?
pretty much any thing... we've just been asked to help with a premier screening of a gothic opera where we're being asked to cover one of the tracks from the movie, should be interesting :)
If you are a tribute band please provide your song list here:
we're not a tribute band but have been known to play 'Mouth for War' by Pantera, 'For Whom the Bell Tolls' by Metallica, 'The Jägermeister Love Song' by Psychostick, 'Killing in the Name of' by RAGE and we once ended up playing the mission impossible theme tune, but were told off like the dogs that we are, so we will never play that again... unless the price is right ;)
Do you have any Music or Merchandise for sale?
We have our Debut Album 'Origin of Brutality' available now fro our store online (mrtemper.bigcartel.com) and also directly from us at gigs. It's also out on iTunes and HMV etc... loads of places so check the website for more details
How much notice would you need to attend an event?
that depends, as much as possible, which could be half an hour could be a month, anything really.
Do you have a lot of fans that attend your gigs?
of course, and as much as we love these guys for supporting us, we just want to make more fans and show more and more new people who we are and get them to come party with us to!
Is there anything else you would like to add?
magic markers aren't just for christmas, and Internet Explorer is the crappest browser available!!! take that mircoshaft!
