Dragnerve shunts out a sledgehammer of heavy, melodic tunes, reminiscent of the pounding grooves of Pantera, the brutality of Machine Head and the powerhouse riffs of old Metallica but with their own particular Dragnerve twist.

They are creating uncompromisingly heavy music incorporating thunderous grooves that they feel is sorely lacking from some of todays metal genre.

Alain started playing music age 4. Young musician of the year in 1987. Has since been involved in both sides of the music industry as a performer and as an exec, has released over 20 records and performed all over Europe.

Formerly of Dash-K, Stoopi and Below the Line. Andy has now hooked up with his Dragnerve Bredrin'.... Fortune and Glory awaits. \m/

Name: Grizz
Age: 35

Co founder and main song writer of Dragnerve, Grizz is a lover of old school metal. With the aid of his Dragnerve brothers Grizz is serving up a heavy dose of groove orientated metal not seen in the UK!

Name: UncleP
Age: 32

Seasoned in almost every style of drumming, UncleP has come full circle and happily returned to his metal roots with Dragnerve. With a background in studio engineering and music production he sits at the sonic helm of the Dragnerve sound.

What live experience have you had?

All the members of Dragnerve have had a wealth of experience gigging around Europe. Alain spent two years on tour after he won Musician of the year.

What are the most recent venues you have played at?

The Bull and Gate, Kentish Town, London, UK.
The Grosvenor, Stockwell, London, Uk.
We about to play the Purple Turtle in Camden and The Peel in Kingston
